2010 ART FAIR APPLICATION & INSTRUCTIONS
Slides/Digital
Images
Submit
3 images (slides or digital) representative of your work and one image of your
booth display. The booth image should show your body of work, and indicate scale
and presentation. Follow the sample below to label each slide.
Digital: Submit high resolution (300 dpi) images in jpg or tif format on a CD. No zip files or emailed entried allowed. Title the images with artist's initials and number (1-4). Number 4 will be the booth slide. Be certain each image is rotated propertly display correctly. Remember, the 4 slides or digital images must be included with your application or your work will not be accepted. No print photgraphs or Power Point presentations are accepted.

Include a self-addressed
#10 business size envelope with postage adequate for returning your slides. No
slides will be returned without this envelope. An incomplete application will
not be considered. CD's will not be returned, unless postage and packaging is
provided.
Site
Each
exhibitor will be assigned a single 12' x 12' space. All sites will be accessible
for set-up and tear-down. No alcohol or pets are permitted. A photo ID is required
at check-in. For the convenience of leaving display units overnight, security
will be provided Friday and Saturday nights. Please do not leave artwork overnight.
Fees
Jury
fee is $15 for each medium submitted. This fee is non refundable. Submit a separte
check for $155.00 (non members) or $140.00 (AACPC members) for the booth fee,
which will be returned if the artist's work is not accepted. Make checks payable
to the CHESTERTON ART FAIR. An accepted application is a commitment to
the show and NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellations.
