George Kassal will be teaching a 3-week Smartphone Photography Class at the Chesterton Art Center starting Wednesday, March 1 from 6-9. The purpose of the class is to help students take better pictures using a smartphone, regardless of the make or model. Students will learn how to achieve clear and properly exposed photos, as well as how to best use editing apps and photo sharing services, like Instagram. Class is designed for both beginners and those with some experience. Cameras on smartphones have improved a lot in recent years and are now capable of producing images on par with many conventional digital cameras. This class will improve each student’s knowledge of the features and techniques needed to create wonderful images.
