Karin Eisermann and Mary Ann Pals will be the featured artists during May at Cowley Fine Art Gallery, 315 State St., St. Joseph, MI. Their opening reception is May 3, 5-7pm.
Mary Ann Pals’ pastel painting titled “Time to Reflect” has won the 2008 Celebration of Hoosier Women Artists’ competition sponsored by the off ice of IN Lt. Governor Becky Stillman. Mary Ann was honored at a reception March 31 in Indianapolis. Her artwork will hang in the Indiana Statehouse for one year.
Mary Campbell will have a one-women show at the Heartland Artists Gallery, Plymouth in May.
Jacqueline Gnott’s watercolor painting, “Lavender & White Irises,” was selected for the Transparent Watercolor Society of America’s 32nd Annual Show. Of over 900 entries, Jacqueline’s was one of only 85 selected.
Ron Suver is exhibiting his work in “Artists Two” at the Presbyterian Church of LaPorte, 307 Kingsbury Ave, LaPorte. The exhibit is from April 13 to May 2.

INDIANA DUNES STATE PARK
The Chesterton Art Center will be hanging members’ work at the new entrance to the park beginning May 1. Work will be rotated every 2 months, and will be in a secure location. Contact the office if you are interested.
